The PRIDE will be a professionally coached 2029/30 program. The PRIDE CUBS will be a year round team. This will provide for continuity and allow the players to truly play together as a team. Pride Cubs is specifically designed for younger players that want a little more lax at just the right dose. Core skills work will be taught such as:

• Defensive techniques and positioning (using nubs/no sticks)
• Improving stick skills using 3x
• Advanced dodging work
• Advanced Passing (pull passes off double)
• Shooting on the run and finishing in close
